Nepal's landscape is breathtakingly beautiful and very unique. And hardly anywhere else is it as harsh as it is there.
How do people live in the land of the Himalayas? How do they look at the world from their age-old traditions and original way of life? How can one of the poorest countries combine economic development with the protection of its own culture and environment? Two brothers embark on a journey across Nepal, a country full of natural wonders and adventure. They cross plains and jungles and climb up to the high mountains, talk to people about their view of the world and the relationship between humankind and nature. After all, in Nepal, the local nature is considered the home of the gods, and the connection to nature is an important part of daily life.
