Cobra Mafia

It’s an organization whose members are characterized by their smooth-scaled good looks, high-tech firepower, deadly ammunition, and their infamous signature move - raising up to a third of their bodies off the ground and forming the intimidating hood that’s given them their name: cobra da capolla - meaning ‘hooded snake’.

Life in the Cobra Mafia is all about survival, but in this typically male-dominated world, it’s the cobra females who are the most powerful. When cobras aren’t defending turf and expanding operations, they’re growing the family, and the power to do so is in the hands of the females. In this family, the ladies may share the same deadly traits as their male associates, but they’ve got an extra-special, secret weapon – absolute control over reproduction.

This film follows the story of one cobra female and her male associates’ journeys as they navigate their way through life in the Cobra Mafia underworld. How she faces her challenges will ultimately determine the survival of her family, because just one bad decision on her part could risk everything. Life in this fast lane is treacherous, filled with enemies competing for turf, mates, position - and ultimately survival.
