The film follows Juan Pablo and his wife, the biologist Sara Colmenares, as they explore three extreme habitats - the dense Amazon jungle, the largest tropical wetland of the Pantanal, and the 13,000ft West Andes mountains of marallones in Colombia.

Blind Nature is a first-of-its-kind wildlife film.

We will take you into Juan Pablo’s unique perspective, exploring the South American wilderness like never before, through a multi-sensory experience. Specialised camera and sound design techniques will draw our attention to a rich world of sounds, textures, smells, and sensations that reveal a hidden world beyond what the eye can see.

From the busy leaf-cutter ants to the mystical pink river dolphin, a natural harmony is revealed, subtly juxtaposed against the careless noise of man.
