Mysteries of the Red Sea

PLAY

In Production in partnership with OceanX

This film aims to inspire a deeper appreciation, spark a sense of wonder and exploration, and foster a stronger commitment to protecting our oceans.

The Red Sea is one of the most unique bodies of water on the planet. It is a young sea, still actively forming, with some of the highest water temperatures and salinity levels in the world. Yet, this narrow strip of water boasts one of the most diverse marine ecosystems on Earth.

Despite its historical importance, the Red Sea remains one of the least explored and studied seas. This groundbreaking documentary undertakes an expedition that spans hundreds of hours, both underwater and above, to collect data and map its diverse surfaces and depths.

This film takes us on a journey to uncover its wonders, from resilient super corals and extreme deep-sea landscapes to the dedicated scientists studying and exploring this vibrant marine ecosystem.
