Two high school girls, Boyoung and Daeun, have allegedly been brutally murdered inside a blood-splattered warehouse, but their bodies were never discovered. The only suspect, their smart, rich and popular classmate, Jungwoo, was heavily intoxicated at the time and remembers nothing of that night. Uncertain of his innocence, Jungwoo is convicted and sentenced to ten years in prison, despite the lack of concrete evidence.
Returning home to Mucheon Village at the age of 30, Jungwoo faces the villagers' contempt and suspicion, as nobody trusts anyone in this seemingly peaceful village. Tragedy strikes again when his mother dies in a mysterious accident, intensifying the already tense atmosphere. Soon after, Boyoung's skeletal remains are discovered, confirming Jungwoo's belief in his innocence.
Determined to uncover the truth, he dives into the hidden secrets of his hometown where everyone harbors a secret and trust is scarce. As he battles the villagers' hostility, he must unravel the dark truths his friends and neighbors are desperate to hide. Can Jungwoo expose the real killer and reclaim the decade stolen from him, or will the village's buried sins consume him?
